We've Given Our Instagram a Bit of a Makeover

Same team, same standards, slightly more fun to scroll through.

If you follow us on Instagram already, you'll have noticed something different lately. If you don't follow us yet, well, now's a great time to start.

We've redesigned our Instagram from the ground up. New look, new tone, new energy. Still unmistakably us, but with a bit more personality let loose.

Why We Changed Things Up

Here's the honest version. Our old Instagram did its job. It told you about our services, shared the odd testimonial, kept things tidy and professional. Very sensible. Also, if we're being truthful, a bit dull.

Care is one of the most human things there is. It's cups of tea and shared jokes and someone remembering exactly how you like your toast. It's a carer laughing properly with a client over something daft. Real life isn't always buttoned up.

So we decided our Instagram should actually look like the company we are, rather than the company a stock photo library thinks we should be.

What Won't Change

Everything that actually matters stays exactly the same. We're still a CQC rated Good, independently owned, locally staffed care provider. We're still going to be honest, transparent, and occasionally a bit too detailed for our own good, as anyone who's read our blog will already know. Client privacy and dignity remain completely non negotiable.

Professional doesn't have to mean humourless. We're aiming for both at once, and we think that's exactly right for a company that cares for people, not just about them.

Come Say Hello

Give us a follow, drop a comment, send us a message if there's something you'd like to see more of. We'd genuinely love to hear from you.
